Ever since Toni built an aero carbon frameset in the ’70s, ASSOS has been at the leading edge of cycling aerodynamics. These booties—with their a second-skin fit, validation in the wind tunnel, and the approval of our WorldTour riders—are the latest example of ASSOS putting on a clinic in aerodynamics. For the TARGA evolution, we updated the heel and cuff material for an even more streamlined aerodynamic fit.

FEATURED FABRICS
Windchannel Stripes is a new, aerodynamic Lycra blend warp knit that conforms like a second skin across shoe and ankle. EVA KANT’s high-stretch qualities recommend it for aero applications, so we’ve sheathed the toe and forefoot in it. It’s also wind- and waterproof—ideal when race day arrives like a spring morning in Belgium.
