At the heart of the Helios' exceptional design and performance is Spherical technology, which works like a ball joint and which we developed together with MIPS®, the market-leading protection system for reducing rotational forces. The unique design of the Spherical Technology allows the outer helmet shell to rotate a few millimeters around the inner helmet shell in the event of a fall, thus redirecting the rotational energy, while the different material densities of the two helmet shells absorb impacts at different speeds in the best possible way. In addition, the Helios, with its 15 Wind Tunnel ventilation openings, ensures exceptional cooling performance, which is further enhanced by our patented Roc Loc 5 Air Fit System and sweat-absorbing, antimicrobial Ionic+ padding. The Helios is the ideal companion for road bike and gravel adventures.
