How to order a custom Eddy Merckx bicycle:

2. Choose the model you want to order and have fun selecting the color and graphics that best represent you.
3. You can choose whether to buy just the frameset or the complete bike.
4. Once you have finished the configuration, you can receive the configuration code of the bicycle you have chosen by e-mail.
5. Return to bellatisport.com and add the same bicycle with the chosen configuration to your cart.
6. Check out and remember to add a note to the order with the configuration code you received or copied from the Eddy Merckx website.

The Mendrisio is an all-round endurance road bike. Named after the place where Eddy Merckx won his second world title in 1971, it is a very capable all-round road bike. At the time, Mendrisio was a battle between Merckx and his eternal rival Felice Gimondi. Gimondi attacked time and again, but could not shake off his younger rival. The race ended in a sprint, which Merckx won thanks to his explosiveness.

That explosiveness is in the Mendrisio. It is a fast, performance-oriented and comfortable endurance bike made for long rides.

With or without aero cockpit

You can opt for an aero cockpit. But you can also go for a traditional handlebar, or a combination: a 'Deda superbox' that elegantly conceals the cables.

Allround frame

For the frame of the Mendrisio, we use High Modulus Carbon. This is stiff but supple enough to bring long rides to an end without any worries. Combined with the all-round geometry, this results in a fast and versatile bike.
