The SLR XC 3D Carbon is the high-end saddle of the SLR XC- series and was specially developed for ambitious cross-country riders and racing. It combines light weight, high stiffness and targeted comfort for maximum performance on technically demanding trails. The centerpiece is the 3D upholstery developed by Selle Italia with differentiated damping zones. High impact load areas absorb vibrations and impacts, while the zones important for efficient power transmission remain firm and responsive. The SUPERFLOW recess also reduces the pressure in the dam area. A special USP is the XC--specific shape: the wider, deeper nose provides extra grip on steep climbs, while the beveled tail sags a fast and trouble-free slide back to the saddle after technical passages allows. The specially shaped rear area also offers sufficient tire freedom for modern fullys with fully lowered dropper post. High-quality carbon struts ensure maximum stiffness with minimum weight.
